Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) and Age Restrictions for Infupay
- Introduction
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) outlines the strict guidelines and rules regarding the types of content that can be linked using Infupay’s URL shortening service. By creating or clicking on an Infupay link, you agree to comply with this AUP. - Age Restriction (18+ Policy for Adult Content)
Infupay permits the sharing of links that redirect to adult-oriented content, subject to strict legal limitations.
Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to generate, share, or access shortened URLs that redirect to explicit or adult content.
Warning Pages: We strongly advise creators to use content warning labels or gates on their destination pages before displaying explicit content.
- Strictly Prohibited Content (Zero Tolerance Policy)
Infupay maintains a zero-tolerance policy for certain types of illegal and harmful content. You are strictly prohibited from using Infupay to shorten links that redirect to:
Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any content depicting or promoting the sexual exploitation of minors. Violators will be immediately permanently banned, and all available data (including IP addresses) will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and local law enforcement.
Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery: Also known as “revenge porn.” Sharing explicit images or videos of a person without their explicit consent is strictly forbidden.
Malware, Viruses, and Harmful Mod Apps: Links that redirect to modified games (Mod APKs) or software that contain hidden malware, spyware, trojans, ransomware, or any code designed to damage, hijack, or steal data from a user’s device.
Phishing and Scams: Fraudulent websites designed to steal passwords, financial information, or personal data.
Terrorism and Violence: Content that promotes, incites, or instructs on acts of terrorism, extreme violence, or self-harm.
Illegal Goods and Services: Links selling illegal drugs, unauthorized weapons, or stolen data.
- Mod Games and Pirated Content Guidelines
While Infupay acts only as a redirection tool and does not host files, users sharing links to modified games, cracked software, or pirated media (movies/web series) must ensure that:
The destination files do not contain malicious software (as stated above).
They comply with our DMCA Policy. Links reported by copyright holders via valid DMCA notices will be taken down immediately.
- Consequences of Violation
Infupay actively monitors reports of abuse. If we determine that a user has violated this AUP, we reserve the right to take immediate action without prior notice, which may include:
Immediate deletion or disabling of the offending shortened URL(s).
Permanent suspension or termination of the user’s Infupay account.
Forfeiture of any pending payouts or earnings associated with the banned account.
Reporting the user’s details and activities to relevant law enforcement agencies.
- Reporting Abuse
If you encounter an Infupay link that violates this policy (e.g., leads to CSAM, malware, or non-consensual content), please report it immediately so we can take action.
