1. Acceptance of Terms
   By accessing or using the URL shortening services provided by Infupay (“we,” “our,” or “the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Nature of the Service
   Infupay provides a free/paid utility to shorten long URLs. We do not host, store, upload, or own the destination websites, files, images, videos, or any other content linked through our shortened URLs. Infupay acts merely as a redirection tool.
3. User Conduct and Acceptable Use
   You are solely responsible for the links you create and share using Infupay. You agree NOT to use Infupay to create links that redirect to:

Malware or Viruses: Content that contains software viruses, trojans, worms, or any other harmful computer code (this is especially strictly monitored for links related to “mod games” or “mod apps”).

Phishing and Scams: Websites designed to steal user credentials, financial data, or personal information.

Child Exploitation: Any content featuring Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or the exploitation of minors. Any such links will be immediately reported to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

Illegal Content: Terrorism-related content, illegal drug sales, weapons trafficking, or any material that violates local or international laws.

Spam: Unsolicited bulk email or message campaigns.

4. Adult Content Policy
   Infupay allows the sharing of adult-oriented content, provided it complies with the following strict rules:

7. Limitation of Liability
   Infupay is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We do not guarantee that our service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Furthermore, Infupay holds no responsibility or liability for the content, safety, or legality of the destination URLs. Users click on Infupay shortened links at their own risk. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our Service.
8. Changes to Terms
   We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
