Infupay operates strictly as a URL shortening service and does not host, upload, or store any digital content, movies, games, or files on our own servers. We only provide a tool to redirect users to third-party links.
If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that any link generated via Infupay redirects to content that infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a DMCA Takedown Notice to request the removal of that specific shortened link.
How to File a Takedown Notice
To request the removal of an infringing link, please provide a written communication (by email) that includes the following information:
Identification of the copyrighted work: A clear description or URL of the original copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
Identification of the infringing link: The exact Infupay shortened URL(s) that redirect to the infringing material. (Please provide the specific Infupay links, not just the destination links).

Our Response and Action
Upon receipt of a valid and complete DMCA notice, Infupay will act swiftly to:
Disable or delete the specific Infupay shortened URL(s) reported in the notice.
Terminate the accounts of users who are found to be “repeat infringers” of copyrighted material.
Please note that because we do not host the files, deleting our shortened link will not remove the content from the internet; it will only stop our service from redirecting to it. You will need to contact the actual host of the file to have the content completely removed.
